Trueblut Soldiers harass the village

Aud, Yeshi-va, and Fenrick run into Trueblud's soldiers [12:13] Audfrith (emmiedee): Audfrith moved quietly through the back woods up to Sigi's house. She hoped her friend was alright. She hid once from two strangers passing by speaking a strange dialect, but they did not notice her. She snuck up the back way and thought that she could hear someone inside the house. [12:17] Audfrith (emmiedee): Aud drew her sword and waited outside of the door until she could figure out if it was friend or foe inside. The Trueblood group had taken many of the houses belonging to the non-human residents, and Audfrith wanted to be cautious in her approach, even at her friend's home. [12:22] Yeshi-va managed to reach town unnoticed. She hides behind the walls of Sigrid´s house looking around for any Trueblud soldiers...She got down on her knees and hoped Sigrid was inside...She moves slowly towards the edge of the house. Trueblud soldiers may spot her on their patrols at night... [12:27] Audfrith (emmiedee): Audfrith had drawn her sword before the corner, only to see her friend kneeling outside of Sigi's house, listening herself. "Odin's Balls, Yeshi-va, I did nae feel yer presence this time. I belee Sigi's house be empty, let us take a time out of the wind," Aud said to her, looking around for any who might be watching. " I was trying to find a way to get some supplies for the temple...All non- humans are now refugees there and we're quickly running out of food and other supplies. [12:35] Audfrith (emmiedee): "I can make a trip up there naw," Aud said. "I had nae considered that they might be hiding. What needs hae ye there?" [12:40] Yeshi-va nods to her. " People who fear what his soldiers might do traveled to the temple. For it is, for now, a safe haven for all non-humans....I fear Trueblud may target the temple to take over as well...." pauses. "We fortunately have a well near the temple, so water is not a problem. But we lack bandages, healing potions etc. And food will soon be a challenge as well. I'm no hunter and there are so many townspeople to feed. If a portion of your hunts could be delivered to the temple it would be of immense help." [12:42] Audfrith (emmiedee): Aud looked around the cabin, still wondering where Sigi and her family might be. As a human, she had probably been safe, but Aud knew her temper, and she frowned. She was drawn out of her thoughts by Yeshi-va's voice. "Course, course," Aud said, shaking her head. "I hae a box saved o' dried fish, 'n just made me deer jerky again last week. The question be how ta get it to ye w'out being stopped." Aud paused to think. [12:45] Yeshi-va nods to her...." I´ve been thinking of ways to do so. But all can be dangerous. Since if one of Trueblud soldiers stop you aiding the non-humans, who knows what he would do to you!" she wonders and walks around thinking of a plan so all the supplies needed could be delivered safely. [12:46] Audfrith (emmiedee): As her friend spoke, Audfrith realized how much older Yeshi-va looked, and so much more tired, than she had looked only days ago. "Mebbe it be best if I make many trips up. I can make quiet in the trees better w' lighter loads. Or..." Aud remembered Vixy's portal at the hall during the All thing, to bring in the giantess. "Hae ye some way ta create a door? Ye could place it in me house -- they hae left me alone these days," Aud offered. [12:50] Yeshi-va raised both her eyebrows. "Yes! A portal would be great... Although, the High Priestess if better and forging those. I could give it a try in her absence. I would only require to reach your house safely and prepare the charm. It would take quite sometime for me to do so...." she hoped Vixy could do so when she returns to Skarvald from her travels. [12:51] Audfrith (emmiedee): "There be a back way through these woods," Aud said to her friend. "Until we get right outside the market, we hae nathing to worry about. Do ye feel up to the travel naw, or do ye want to hae a little rest?" [12:53] Conall Yowlumne (mirajain): Fenrick sniffed around as he smelled Yeshi around here as he keeps on looking wondering where everyone is [12:53] Yeshi-va takes a deep breath and shook her head softly. "The sun has risen already, It is not safe for me to stay in town any longer...Will you aid me? I must cross the bridge, unnoticed.” [12:54] Audfrith (emmiedee): "As always, m'lady, whatever I can do. And I will be bringin the supplies in as the day comes. We should like not make noise as we travel to talk," Aud explained. "I be glad to take your side." [12:55] Door: emmiedee Resident is at the door. [12:55] Yeshi-va managed to smile. " Thank you truly, may the gods bless your soul." she steps outside. [12:56] Conall Yowlumne (mirajain): Fenrick wag his tail and barks at Yeshi [12:56] Audfrith (emmiedee): Aud looked out first to see if the coast was clear, and she breathed a sign of relief to see Fenrick outside. "G'day, brother fox, we be on a bit of a trip. Can ye quiet ye'self to help me take the Lady back ta home?" She asked her four-legged friend. [12:57] Conall Yowlumne (mirajain): Fenrick barks at them and wag his tail [12:57] Yeshi-va raised her eyebrows quickly and got down, placing a hand on Fenricks head. " Shh!" she said and began to speak almost in a whisper. " Little one, i need you to be quiet. Avoid dragging too much attention...Or I wont make it back to the temple." [12:58] Conall Yowlumne (mirajain): Fenrick nodded his head [12:59] Audfrith (emmiedee) looks around and nods to Yeshiva a that it seems safe to go. [12:59] Yeshi-va looks at Audfrith. " Take the lead. If something happens i´ll run as fast as i can..." [13:01] Audfrith (emmiedee): Aud nodded. [13:07] Yeshi-va keeps walking when she hears a mans voice behind her...< YOU! THERE BLONDIE! STOP!> It was ones of Trueblud soldiers....She raised her eyebrows as she looked back. "Oh! NO!" [13:08] Conall Yowlumne (mirajain): Fenrick tilted his head and looked at the man [13:09] Yeshi-va: * Called upon a group of soldiers and began to charge on the bridge to her direction* [13:11] Audfrith (emmiedee): Aud drew her sword back and almost stormed the man, but she went forward walking instead, motioning for Yeshiva to move on toward the temple while she stalled him. "Hello there fellow brother Human," Aud said. ((or not)) Okay so, instead... Aud drew her sword back and stormed the man, yelling to Yeshiva, "RUN!!" [13:11] Yeshi-va forged a quick ice wall and ran away! [13:11] Conall Yowlumne (mirajain): Fenrick gets scared and barks as he does not know whats going on as he runs around scared [13:14] Yeshi-va: < " You Stupid woman! You let her escape!" he spoke to Audfrith as the others fought with her.
