A Confusing Day for Audfrith

After Audfrith had tried to find Balder in the lake with no success, she had gone to the Temple, looking for Yeshi-va, when she heard that her friend had been hurt. Yeshi-va was not there, but a very pretty young woman that Aud had never seen before was. She approached Aud and hugged her, which Aud took as a friendly greeting, but then the young woman began to kiss her, and Aud found herself swept along in the moment, not sure what was happening. "Please tell Yeshi-va that I was here, if she returns," Aud said to the young woman. As Aud began to leave, the young woman asked if she had any food. She was a stranger to Skarvald, and she did not have a place to stay. She had been told to go to the Temple, but the Temple was a chaotic mess of wound and confusion. Aud invited the young woman to go with her back to her house, where she felt she would be safe. They walked back together, the young woman taking a submissive position in their walking that Audfrith recognized from lands that kept slaves on chains. But she kept her observations to herself. She had more urgent dealings at the moment. She offered the young woman some soup and light ale. She was going off in search of the king, and what news she could find. She felt the young woman would be safe there, but what an impression she had after that kiss! Audfrith felt stirrings of all kinds of strange feelings as she closed the door behind her and headed to the Ranger's station. The young woman stepped out of the bushes, and Aud saw Alleyne, the Harbinger, come from the other direction. [06:20] Alleyne (alleyne.swordthain) turned about at the sound of paces, ready to fight for her pelt...but relented when she saw who it was. "Forgive my abruptness, but I have to be very careful of my presence, right now." I wish I could say the times are rife for visiting, but right now, i would advise to keep a low profile, with what happened yesterday. Aud asked Alleyne, frowning at the question. That is the last sight i saw of my liege." [06:29] AmyJaneAstor19 Amy feels the kingdom is in a commotion, times and winds of change are coming, but wonder if they are good or bad [06:30] Alleyne (alleyne.swordthain) shrugged "You should be safe, Lady Amy, if you stay in town, and act normally. Its us beasts that the prophet is after." [06:31] AmyJaneAstor19 I see, look at the floor sadly [06:32] Yeshi-va still hurt from the events of yesterday...She walked slowly, breathing heavily for she did not manage to reach the healers temple...And the holy temple is lacking of first aid supplies...She was feeling better though, yet her bruised and beaten body still show... And what are my orders, Master Thane?" [06:34] Alleyne (alleyne.swordthain) smiles at Audrith "I would have you try to calm the population, discreetly, and try to prevent them from attracting the eyes of the Prophet onto them. For now,we can only keep searching for Balder, and try to organize those who are still faithful to the truth, not swayed by the false words of that man. " She sighed "Then we'll see. I might have a few ideas for titling the balance of forces our ways, but i'll need some time for it." [06:34] Audfrith (emmiedee): Aud sensed Yeshi-va before she saw her. There seemed to be some strange bond, but she did not know what it was. When she turned, she saw that her friend was badly beaten and bruised, and she went to her. "Be ye alright, Yeshi-va?" she asked. [06:37] Yeshi-va nodded slowly.." I´m still standing...I was hoping to reach the healers temple and perhaps get some bandages to cover my wounds...But Trueblud soldiers are everywhere....And i dont know if i can trust the people on the land anymore to travel peacefully." she looked at them with a worried expression. [06:39] Alleyne (alleyne.swordthain) gasped at the sigh of Yeshiva still wounded, taking a confident step to her "Here, Lady Yeshiva...allow me to help you." She winced as she found the worst of the bruises, opening her hand above it, eyes closing in concentration. Words in ancient Feline Language would be heard as a whisper from her lips, the soft glow of the Light of Baldur covering her hand and the bruises, mending bones and flesh under its holy presence. [06:41] Audfrith (emmiedee): "I can carry you, M'Lady. I have the human papers they gave me as I came from the dock," Audfrith said to Yeshi-va. "I can wrap you in a pelt and take you." [06:42] Alleyne (alleyne.swordthain) too soon, however, the glow would ebb away slowly into the daylight, the coolness of the healing touch soon ending its rejuvenating effect onto the Ice Priestess's body. "I apologize" she would speak in a sad voice "I can only heal so much of your wounds, and only once per day..." She looked at her friend, reassured that the worst bruises were healed, but still worried about the others that marked her pale skin "On the Morrow, I will try to heal the others as much as i can." Take care !!! )) [06:43] Yeshi-va closed her eyes and allowed her to heal her wounds...She began to feel much better in mere seconds, still weak she now, at least, her wounds healed. She looked up to Alleyne and layed her head on her chest placing her arms around her.." Thank you.." she smiled. Turning to Audfrith she smiled. "I believe im well now. I´d be thankful if you could deliver such supplies to the Holy Temple yourself. We desperately need those if it must become a safe haven to all other in need."
